How it all began
One of my favorite hobbies has always been cake decorating. I would experiment for family and close friends birthday's and celebrations. Upon graduating high school, I decided to attend culinary school to pursue my passion of becoming a pastry chef. I graduated from NCC in 2013. Immediately after, I began my first job as a pastry chef. From there I went on to work in various upscale restaurants and 5 star hotels throughout New York. I've been fortunate to have worked with some of the most talented chefs in the industry while learning a ton along the way. With my expertise in all things pastry and accrued experience, I took a leap of faith and started my own small business. Now, with 'The Kake Loft' I'm thrilled to be able to share my learnings and experience with you.
